Does the NopCommerce version of Square Up write logs? I have a customer saying their Card keeps getting declined but I see nothing on the backend as to why...any thoughts?
Not really an error log. But a log period. I used to use the 3rd party plug-in and it would write an entry in the log with why they were declined. No, I've received 2 other transactions just fine.
They sent me the error. On the website it says "unhanded exception occurred" that's what it shows the customer, but on the back end it says "CARD_DECLINED"
