Separate page with campaign products?

Hi,
I don't know if I've missed something but I can't find info on if it's possible to create a new page where I can display just products that are currently on sale, nothing else. I need to have a link to that page in main menu.

So, how do I do that?

It would be nice being able to use some kind of shortcodes with parameters in nopCommerce.

Something like [product_list,category=all,campaign_price=1,show=24] would be perfect.
