Multiple Ship-To Addresses and or Bill-To Addresses

Would be nice to have this functionality built into nopCommerce.  We deal with this on a regular basis where a single customer (typically B2B) has multiple ship-to addresses.  In some situations they may even have multiple bill-to addresses (though less frequent).  

Wonder what others think about multiple ship-to addresses for a customer or allow them the ability to set it up.  Same would apply to billing.  That way when they go to purchase, they can select the location for shipment and/or billing.

A customer can now set up multiple addresses.  What's missing is the ability to mark them as shipping and/or billing.  It's been discussed before.
