I want to receive payment from my dealers . I will enter their debt in system. After they will pay in their customer info screen

nopCommerce uses a shopping cart and checkout process.
I suppose you could create a digital product (does not require shipping) and set up tier prices (but each customer needs their own role).  It' not very pretty ;)
Otherwise, it would need customization.
