Version 4.10 upgrade to .Net Core 2.2

Hello everyone,
I am referencing problem #3321. Is there any chance that you will upgrade current solution to .Net Core 2.2?

In my case, upgrade whole project to .Net Core 2.2 and Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.SqlServer nugget to v2.2.0 will solve this Entity Framework issue with culture sensitive tables naming.
