Removing fields from checkout billing and shipping addresses

I would like to remove fields "Country" and "State / province" from Billing and Shipping addresses in Checkout. Where may I do this?

admin > configuration>  settings > customer settings >> address form fields tab

Hi, I have deactivated many fields in the admin page, but they still show in the checkout procedure.

The Address form fields settings should be applied in the Checkout unless the settings are overridden by a plugin
