Are the currently any versions of nopCommerce still active which will run on ASP.NET 3.5? What limitations would one face in the ASP.NET 3.5 version if there is one?

nopCommerce 1.60 runs on ASP.NET 3.5 SP1

You'll not be able to use features introduced in nopCommerce 1.70 and further releases which require .NET 4.0
