error come out at the time of image upload using Fine Uploader 5.16.2 at admin panel

When i try to upload image using fine Uploader,i got error message as per snapshot attached. i have try myself but i cant find anything about this.

On 4.2, I am seeing the following error on the error console of the inspector when I am on a product detail page, but I do not see any problems anywhere.  Any ideas?
