Where is the Disable PDF Creation option?

The 1.7 release notes said that there's an option to disable globally the creation of PDF and Excel files... where is this option?

Could anyone help. I am unable to find this option in 1.8.

In the admin area:

Configuration > All Settings > Features.SupportPDF - set to  false
