Export to Excel Not Working

Error:

The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file ''. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data.

Any clues?

:(   GoDaddy can't help.

Can someone point me in the direction of figuring out what it's trying to do or access so I can try and troubleshoot it there maybe?

the problem is because the excel and pdf features of nop need 'full trust'  to operate - go daddy only supports medium trust
