Forums Default Welcome message??

Where do I change the default welcome message in V 1.60

Currently says:
Put your welcome message here. You can edit this in the admin site.

But can not find this on the admin site.

Hello Bobby,

To change that welcome message:

Go to Admin section >   Content Management   >   Topic

In the list of topics look for this:

ForumWelcomeMessage    X     X     Edit <---Click on Edit

you will see the welcome message for forums and you can change it according to your requirement.
