Hi i have purchased this product and am having serious problems in "connecting" to the website, i cannot figure out how to do it,  i followed the instuctions on your demo on youtube but it's just not working. everytime the connection test fails. can someone please help me figure out what I'm doing wrong

The author of this program is not replying from his website.I  asked him to give a Demo or Trial without any success.
Can't buy this software without a proof.
