Receiving email

Hello,

Is it possible to receive email when an order is placed or when someone signs for a newsletter.

1. Configure your email settings (Admin area > Configuration > Email Accounts).
2. Go to Admin area > Content Management > Template > Message templates. Then go to a message template details page (you need 'OrderPlaced.CustomerNotification', 'OrderPlaced.StoreOwnerNotification', 'NewsLetterSubscription.ActivationMessage') and ensure that 'Is Active' is checked.

When i look at the following pages there is no Is Active button.

OrderPlaced.StoreOwnerNotification

OrderPlaced.CustomerNotification

NewsLetterSubscription.ActivationMessage


All it says is Language, Template, BCC, Subject and Body.

using Nop Commerce 1.50

'Is Active' checkbox was added in nopCommerce 1.80. But if you're using 1.50, then all of them are already active and should be successfully sent.
