Nop4.2, if need release it then can run, I want to run the source code like before low edition like 3.6, is it possible? If need publish, it will spend much time to test. Anyone know more about this.

Yes, of course you can debug Nop4.2 without the need to release it.

Yes, you can debug nopCommerce 4.2 using VS2019. Make sure you are building the solution in Debug mode.
