BEGINNER - purchasing advise via email

Sorry for the silly question but i haven't found that option, to auto-send a mail to my admin email adress when someone purchase an item.

It's already built in. Ensure that email settings are properly configured. And look at 'OrderPlaced.StoreOwnerNotification' message template (Admin area > Content Management > Templates > Message templates )
