Nop_source and nosource unknown format or damaged

I try n times download and open the files Nop_nosource and Nop_source and receive the same message:

The archive is either in unknown format or damaged.

The previous versions all ok 4.10 and before...
The stairs of Humility have low and large degrees, the one of pride... High and straits degrees...

I face the same error when try to extract, then I update the WinRAR to the latest version(my local one is 5.71) and abled to extract the downloaded solution.
