'Shopping Cart' to 'Shopping Basket'

I would like to change all instances of 'Shopping Cart' to 'Shopping Basket'. Is this possible, and if so how?

In Administration>Configuration>Location>Languages you can click on "view string..."
Using v1.90, IIS 6.0, SQL v2008 R2
