Customizing the Product Details and WYSIWYG

This post has two questions really

1. If I want to just add another Image section to the products detail view ( leveraging all existing settings ) .. but i only want to add it to my themes.. would i just copy the file that's in ~/Areas/Admin/Views and put it in ~/Themes/THEME/Areas/Admin/Views.. to override it?

2. Is there a way to add more fonts in the WYSIWYG? the reason I'm asking is because the theme i have is using a theme that is not in the WYSIWYG and I just worry that the fonts defined in this editor would override my css.
