"Has one product" discount requirement rule 4.3 error

Getting an error with this plugin stating among other things "Could not load file or assembly 'Nop.Services, Version=4.4.0.0" has anyone else experienced issues with this plugin in nopCommerce 4.3?
Nop.Services.dll in ver 4.3. Not sure where 4.4 comes into things but it is in the json file

Try removing that file (or rename it .txt), then restart the site, and see what happens.

Hello. I am having the same problem with DiscountRules.HadSpentAmount plugin. It seems that the plugin expects Nop libs in version 4.4. I deleted the JSON file but it did not make any difference. I hope you find a workaround to your problem, I think It will resolve mine too.

Can somebody update this?  This is fairly annoying that I can't use this feature.

Some one has been able to resolve the error?

It throws me an error when I try to install the plugin in nopCommerce 4.3 version.
Steps:
1- 'DiscountRules.HasOneProduct' contains binaries. Just drop it into \Plugins directory
2- Run the proyect with IIS Express

Text error:
System.Exception: 'Plugin 'Customer has one of these products in the cart'. Could not load file or assembly 'Nop.Services, Version=4.4.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'. El sistema no puede encontrar el archivo especificado.

We have updated this plugin, please try to download and to reinstall it again.
