Track Inventory missing sections

Hello,
Under 'Track Inventory' and 'Track inventory by product attributes' this document
https://docs.nopcommerce.com/en/running-your-store/order-management/inventory-management.html#track-inventory-by-product-attributes

describes sections that expand to show additional settings.
These settings are needed to run my site but they are missing.

All I see under 'Track Inventory'  is 'Stock Quantity' and under  'Track inventory by product attributes' nothing.

How do I activate these additional sections of settings?
