Need Plugin Development for New Website

I have a new website we are looking to build.
This  will be a site that sells framed picture's and wall décor.

I have found a site with the functionality I really like.

If you see on this site that have a Place for the custom to select what substrate that want the art on. Paper or Canvas. The functionality under both are quite different. The images are rendered in real time based on the options selected.
