New Templates not showing in the list

I have searched the forum and I think I have done it correctly.  I downloaded some sample templates and I copied the folders to the App_Themes directory.  These are the templates listed on nopCommerce site.  There are 5 folders..
brightGreen, brightOrange, etc...  Each folder looks like it has the right files.. a skin, a gif and a css plus an images folder.

Not matter what i do including restarting the server.. I can't get the templates to show in the configuration - global settings - SEO / Display - Store Theme ComboBox..

Please Help... darkOrange and nopclassic are the only 2 in there..

Here is an update..  I have my own virtual server and I installed nopCommerce on 2 site..  Even though they have 2 different file structures both website seem to be operating off of one.  

I need to do more research on multiple nopCommerce sites..
