Accent insensitive search with MYSQL

Hello, is there any solution for accent insensitive search yet? my product names are in central european language. My DB and tables are set to UTF8MB4_0900_ai_ci but searching words without accent gives no results
the case insensitiveness works though.

+i can search the database case insensitively but using the app search it does not give any results
