How to add an "info" link to product attributes

Hi.
We have a website selling used and refubished computers.

On each product we offer to upgrade the product with productattributes.

I need to make an info-link beside the dropdownlists. So I need - the attribute-title, the attribute and a link (or linkbutton).
A static solution would help me  - but help on how to make a dynamic solution would be even better - so we can write the info for the link in the websites backend....

I hope it makes sense?

I cant figure it out - maybe because the productattributes uses java-script...

Please help me out here - any input is appricated :-)
