Extending API

We are thinking about using nopcommerce for a customer of ours. For this it is probably necessary to create a separate table for special product price conditions per customer. We are currently using Woocommerce and we have created several plugins to expand the database and it's standard API. Since the API is not part of nopcommerce as standard, we are curious whether it is possible to expand it via a custom plugin.

Special pricing functions based on Customer Roles and Tiers are inbuilt
Also you can expand the system in virtually any way using plugins and themes.

If you download and look at the system things like payments, shipping, tax are all done with plugins
In addition you can override existing routines and functions, create new tables, create your own library of new routines and functions loaded via plugins
