Algorithm-Based Related Product Recommendations

In nopCommerce, I can manually configure related products on the product page, whereby I manually add products B, C, E, and D to be displayed as related products for product A.

Question: I want these products to be displayed to users based on an algorithm. Could you please tell me about any plugins or systems available to achieve this?

I have not tried the plugin and am not sure how efficient it is but https://www.nopcommerce.com/en/automatic-similar-products looks similar to what you are looking for. The plugin looks to be available only for versions below 4.5.

I don't think there is any plugin for this. You may look at this plugin as it's having multiple options to display product carousel.
