Codeplex: Does The Latest Version Include All Bug Fixes?

To the development team:

If I download the latest version of nopCommerce from Codeplex, will it contain all bug fixes that have been implemented up to the date of the release?

How do I go about implementing the code I download from Codeplex?

Using v1.90, IIS 6.0, SQL v2008 R2

Use of Solutions:
- PayPal CHECKOUT Express - nopCommerce for v1.60,v1.80,v1.90
- Nopeasy
- MobiShop

I'am guessing they don't think it's worth it to update 1.9 with the latest fixes. They update a detailed issuelist of things todo so maybe the MVC version is not far away.
Using v1.90, IIS 6.0, SQL v2008 R2

nopCommerce 1.9 is the latest STABLE version and can be used in production.
nopCommerce 2.0 is still in development and you can't use it for production websites.
