One instance and few databases

Good day.

I’d like to configure my nopCommerce shop using this way:

1.  There are two sites on a sever: site1.com and site2.com
2.  The sites’ home directories goes to *one* place (the nopCommerce app place)
3.  But every store has its own connection string (two different databases)  and its own theme.

Is it possible without changing the sources? If I’ll must  edit  the sources, which way is the best, from your point of view?
