Disable registration and negative stocks

Hi there,

Can you please quide me on achieving the following functionalities if possible:

Disable Registration. We will create the users as the platform is going to be used as a b2b ecommerce system.
Disable viewing products if the user is not logged in.
Enable stock control but with no limitation to 0 (negative stocks). Also the stock to be displayed in the product page.
Bulk importing of products,stocks,prices? Any quidelines here on what tables must be updated? (through SSIS)

I am looking to accomplish the same thing.  We are moving our B2B onsite.   Due to Clients request they require secure login before viewing products and Categories.   Any help would be greatly appreciated.
