%Order.CustomerFullName% does not work

Hello,

In message template for one of the email messages I'm using:


Hello %Order.CustomerFullName%

or

Hello %Order.BillingFirstName%

but same thing shows up in email.  Is there any solution to this?

You use %Order.CustomerFullName% to display full name (for example, "Hello, John Smith").
You use %Order.BillingFirstName% when you need to display the first name entered as billing address of an order (for example, "John").
