2.1 installation Error: The project type is not supported by this installation

I have been testing the 1.8 system in VS.

Now I am trying to also open another Sol file for 2.1.  When I load the solutions file, I am getting the error that the error:  The project file  ......\Nopcommerce2.1\Nop.Web.csproj' cannot be opened.  The project type is not supported by this installation.

C:\ ................... \NopCommerce2.1\Presentation\Nop.web\Administration\Nop.Admin.csproj : error :  The project file ....... cannit be opened.

The project type is not supported by this installation.

Ok, I after attempting to install, it rolls back and fails, check the error log, and I get the following: This product is incompatible with the Microsoft Visual Studio Async CTP. Please uninstall the component, then try to install this product again.

I went and read about Microsoft Visual Studio Async CTP and removing it... Unfortunately, I am unable to locate it in Programs or Installed Updates, so I am unable to remove.... Any ideas?
