Missing string Cash On Delivery (COD)

In 2.1 version missing string in Resources Cash On Delivery (COD) = System name - Payments.CashOnDelivery

There's 'Payments.CashOnDelivery' locale resource. Plugin friend names are not localizable in 2.X due to its implementation. It order to change it go to \Plugins\Payments.CashOnDelivery\Description.txt and edit a 'FriendlyName' value
