I am not sure whether it is a bug or feature but when displaying a subcategory page title attributes of the <a> and <img> elements use the parent's category name. May be not parent's but root's names - I have only two levels of hierarchy, where all parent categories are top-level ones and could not find a more complex example in the Demo store.
I would expect using the given subcategory's name for those titles, therefore report the issue as a potential bug.
Additionally a minor issue: the title is "Show products in category ..." even if the category does not directly contain any products (contains only subcategories) which is probably not completely logical.
