Export Orders Columns Bug

Many elements are in the wrong column on order excel export.  2.4

Please clarify what exactly is wrong. What columns?

In Between ShippingRateComputationMethodSystemName & VatNumber Is where it is messed up.  I think ship date and tracking number are missing on the excel export orders.  Vat Column has the data for CreatedOnUtc.  CreatedOnUtc has the values for Billing First Name.  Everything is shifted.
