How to compile plugin in Visual Studio

Hi there

I have downloaded a plugin and i am having trouble installing it to my site. I believe it needs to be compiled in Visaul STudio first??

Could someone help me please. The author of the plugin is not responding to any help requests.

Hi,
U can add downloaded plugin file in your visual studio plugins folder.
and u can deploy.
then also it is not coming
take dll files for plugin file
and paste in presentation plugin folder by creating new floder
