I am new to nopCommerce and trying if is is possible somehow to manage product stock that has product instances with different product costs.
Use-case is the following:
When we buy products from region distributor, product cost is affected by season and quantity and may change over time. After several re-stocks we ended up with leftovers that has different costs but are the same product XXXXX.
For example for product XXXXX we now have:
* 1 product instance with cost = 47UAH
* 4 product instance with cost = 50UAH
* 11 product instance with cost = 51UAH
* 4 product instance with cost = 54UAH
There is no any actual difference between these instances.
Basically we have 20 instances of product XXXXX that we are selling for the same price so there is no any difference for our customers, but product costs are different depending on product instance. Customer should be able to order 7 instances or all 20 if required.
We need to be able to:
1) For each order get a total of Product Costs
2) Somehow track how much instances do we have left
Is there any way to implement this scenario without little to none customization?

Nop hast just the basic cost function (fixed cost). For what you want I recommend to relay in specialized accounting system which usualy have more elaborated cost accounting and sales costing
