[SOLVED]How can I copy my config from another store?

I have a public store that is running great, and I've copied the db local so that I can do some dev plugin work, but when I try to run the debug process, it wants me to install from scratch.  Fine, I punch in my data, point it to my db, and tell it NOT to create sample data and it fails.  

Setup failed: Sequence contains more than one element

Ugh.  I've got to make a few tweaks to a plugin tonight and I need to see my data  ASAP.

I've tried copying over and modifying Settings.txt and it doesn't seem to matter.  How do I tell it to skip this setup process?!?!  Any help would be greatly appreciated.



SOLUTION:

copy Settings.txt and InstalledPlugins.txt

Eh never mind, I found it.

I didn't know I had to copy the InstalledPlugins.txt as well.
