I am using nopCommerce version 2.5 and want to disable browser back button functionality once user logged out. Please help me out.

Why do you wish to disable the back button? As it is, when you logout of NopCommerce, you do not relog yourself back in when you hit the back button. At least that is the case in 2.6, though I'm not sure for 2.5.
On a side note, disabling the back button is a bad decision from an interface design perspective, not to mention to a user it would look like a hack and may trigger security issues with something like IE. If you want to disable it still, there are ways to do so if you Google it. I would advise not to take this road though.
