UPS batch fileintegration

Hi, I am looking to get an add on to NopCommerce 2.7 that would allow me to create a shipment for UPS with a batch file.

I also need a config page of some kind to adjust default settings but apart from that just a new button on the order page that would allow me to select the relevant orders and create a batch file just the same way I can do it with orders to xml right now.

If you can let me know rough time scales and rough costs at this stage that would be perfect.

The batch file format looks like each line is a package:

Packaging Type                       
Weight                               
Length                               
Width                                
Height                               
etc.

You may want to consider doing this from Shipments page rather than Orders page.
