Not correct URL generated for creation topics, news etc

Hi all,

I have seen the screecasts how to add new topics (special thanks for this video). So in English language everithing is OK all the same as in exapmle but when I change language (for instance to Russian) and than execute the same steps wrong URL generated (http://mystore/Topic/12--.aspx instead of http://mystore/Topic/12-specialoffer.aspx). Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Please help me to resolve this problem.
The version of nopCommerce is 1.4.

what was the fix?  I would like to change a topic URL.
