I purchased the moxie manager and they did not provide the link to download the application!

there is not contact information in moxie manager's web site.

Please, help me to track down this people to get my money back.

You should contact moxiemanager developers. Not sure why you post it on nopCommerce forums. nopCommerce is not somehow responsible for third-party application or plugins. And we do not recommend anything to purchase.

A lot of developers e-mail the link to you, have you checked you mailbox?
