Are you planning this features?
1) category tree in frontend
2) localization of goods
3) top seller by category
4) automatic price manager - custumer form EU  can use price price with Vat  or without tax  (if they pay tax) and non-EU customer use price without tax
5) wholesale price

1) category tree in frontend. Yes! But you can do yourself (modify Modules\Navigation\CategoryNavigation.ascx user control).
2) localization of goods. Yes!

When we can expected these feature?

I think most of this features will be implemented in the next two months

Currency convertor does not have india ?
plz tell how to add other providers

Unfortunately ECB (http://www.ecb.int/stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-daily.xml) doesn't support indian rupee. You should fine another currency live rate provider and modify GetCurrencyLiveRates method of CurrencyManager class.

P.S. I think we'll rewrite it to interface so several currency live rate providers will be supported

For "Web Services API for easy integration between nopCommerce and any third-party applications" will be used WCF??
