Custom plugin not appearing in the /admin/plugin/list

Hi, I followed this guide and I'm stuck. The plugin does not appears in the list. I changed everything as the guide told me to do


What can be failing?

I tried recompiling, cleaning and recompiling. What can I do? Thanks for your time and help

Please, check your supported version, that should be your nopCommerce version.

If you're using nopCommerce 3.80,then version should be 3.80
SupportedVersions: 3.80
