How can I turn on verbose errors?

I created an .aspx page in the root that I'm calling from a phone app to pull data out of the SQL Server database.
Problem is when there is an error in that page, I get the standard nopCommerce error page with no details.
How can I temporarily disable that so I get verbose error reporting? Oh it's 3.60 version nop.

Go to web.config, look for customerErrors, set mode="Off"
