I upgraded from 1.50 to 1.60 and I was happy to find the HTML Editor has an image Editor. However when I click the image icon and i got an error "HTTP Error 404 - Not Found". Anyone has any idea?

I'm using version 1.6 and switched from BBCode editor to HTML editor and was wondering why I don't see an option to upload an image? What is the advantage of using the HTML Editor versus the BBCOde editor? the HTML Editor seems to have a lot more functionality. I would really like the option to upload images in the forum section. any help is greatly appreciated.
