Paid for documentation -- Now how do I get it?

well, I paid the $19.95 for a download of the documentation.

So how do I get it? I don't see where I can download the entire manual, just the table of contents

go to  'my account' page, click 'orders' tab   then details

once your order has been processed, you will see a 'download' link beside the product - click it


apparently it can take a little time for the order to be processed

Just took about an hour for it to show up.

I ordered my documentation 3 days ago and still can't download it.  Have sent two messages to the built in "Contact Us" us email and have gotten no reponses.

I certainly hope the software is more dependable than the service.

If it is this difficult to send the documentation to a someone that purchased it, then it should available for download for free.
