Css changes keep "reseting"

Hello,

I've been making some minor changes in the styles of my header menu, but every time I refresh my home page the changes appear to reset to default values.

What can be happening and what can I do to resolve this?

You need to delete your cache. press ctrl+F5. or contact any web design professional to solve your issue.

I found in some cases after css mods if you clear the cache from admin panel top right corner gears icon right click will do the trick.
