Free shipping for certain products to one country only?

I need to set up free shipping for certain products in my store (these are all in the same category) but only to NZ. If I use the free shipping tickbox on the product it makes it free shipping to any country we ship to. Is there a way around this please? We are using the Shipping By Total plugin to manage our shipping prices and locations on Nop3.5.
