Shpping FixedOrByWeight - v4.0

Hi,

when calculate shipping cost, plugin FixedOrByWeight consider also "shipping free for alla orders over X" in /Admin/Setting/Shipping parameters?

Hello,

yes this one qualified if total is greater x.

What nopcommmerce says?

all order with a total greater than value of x will qualify for free shipping .

Keep in mind that if you have multiple shipping methods (e.g. Ground, Next Day, etc.), they will all be free.
