I have an ongoing problem with my Nop Commerce 3.20 Website
When I first login as administrator and start to navigate the backend, all is well. As soon as I attempt to manage categories or change a products category using the dropdown list the website becomes unresponsive for minutes at a time. Once I complete my task and try to navigate to other areas of the admin it remains unresponsive/unusable.
I have 5476 Categories, is this the reason why I am encountering the problem? Is it due to NOP Commerce querying the database and having to return so many results?

Excessive logging of warnings could have some impact. In your other post, you also mentioned having 500K+ errors. If you don't really need to see them, then it could help to delete them all those messages (or if you have SQL tool like SSMS, you can use TRUNCATE TABLE [Log] ). Then, try to fix your resource string problem.
